I Dont Know but after alot of hardcore websurfing, I think I may have found where I can buy Tablets in Canada![I live In British Columbia] Eventually in probably the year...when I get money-That I will promise to buy one and make better art which doesnt take on the times where I have to Take a picture of my art and then edit it out. Er- Well Im  quite novice to this experience on Deviantart so dont  kill me.
